The Loki Class Strike Carrier is a fast, decently armed carrier with a compliment of 1x Heavy Fighter, 14x Medium Fighter, 7x Light Rocket Fighter, 7x Light Missile Fighter. This ship was designed as a raider, meant to hit enemy transports, re-supply stations, and other such locations and vessels. This makes it a choice vessel for many Raider and Pirate groups, who terrorize inter-stellar shipping lanes around the galaxy.
